Here is a break-down of the metals that we use and how you can easily identify them on the metal selection menu when applicable.
Silver Plated: Is made of brass metal with silver plating.
Gold Plated: is made of brass metal with 14K gold plating.
Sterling Silver: is made of 925 silver metal.
14K Gold over Sterling Silver: is made of 925 silver metal with 14K gold plating.
Two-Tone. Sterling Silver: is made of 925 silver metal with 14K gold plating and the name in silver.
10K Gold: is made of 10K solid gold metal.
14K Gold: is made of 14K solid gold metal.
We offer 4 types of metals on our Jewelry.
1. Gold won't tarnish and is very safe on your skin.
2. Our Sterling silver options (Also known as Sterling Silver, 14K Gold over Sterling Silver or Two tone 14K Gold over Sterling Silver) are made from 925 Silver and won't tarnish and is very safe on your skin.
3. Stainless steel won't tarnish and is safe on your skin.
4. Our brass options (also known as Gold plated or Silver plated) are made out of copper and may tarnish when exposed to certain elements such as salts, hair treatments and other harsh chemicals.
This is still a great option to buy. You will just have to take better care of it. It will last you a good amount of time. Just not as long as the 925 Silver or Gold metal options.
All of our name jewelry items are handmade and made to order.
It takes approximately 10 business days to create your custom work of art before we can ship it out to you.
If we complete your order before those 10 business days. We will ship it out once completed.
Remember that these are personalized custom orders made just for you. Please allow us the time necessary to create your long-lasting keep sake name jewelry. It will be worth the wait.

In case of a return. The item must have not been worn and in its original packaging.
