Refund policy

You have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel it. 

We provide you with easy returns in the event you received your order and wish to return it within 30 days from the day your order was marked as delivered. 

The item received must be in its original packaging and have never been worn in order for us to accept the return. 

  • Due to the fact that our pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds on returned goods. 

  • All returns will be credited in the form of store credit or gift cards only!

Due to the nature of personalized items. There is a two-step confirmation process, in which your order details are confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed and placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations because they are sent into a production process.

Coupon/Voucher Codes

In the event that your coupon code did not apply, and it is a valid coupon code, our customer service team would be more than happy to redeem your voucher, and provide a discount for the difference. (Please allow 3-5 business days after providing the valid coupon code, for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.)
Shipping and Handling

Orders can take 2-3 weeks to produce before being shipped. In addition to delivering the product to our customers, these costs include the handling of the products between the artisans that adorn your customization, and our distribution center. As a result, there is a shipping and handling fee for each item. We can consider shipping discounts for bulk orders; however, the request must be done prior to submitting the order. Keep in mind all sales are final, and once your order has been confirmed and placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations because they are sent into a production process.
Manufacturer Errors

If there was a manufacturing error, we will repair or remake your item at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact customer service and send us a picture of the piece, displaying the error, and we will guide you through the repair or exchange process. If a picture cannot be provided of our error, we will not proceed with the exchange. Customers have up to 30 days to claim a manufacturer error. After 30 days, there is a $25.00 repair fee to repair or reproduce your item.
Wear and Tear

We are not responsible for improper use or care of your items. Please keep in mind environmental factors, PH balance, natural oils, chemicals (found in soaps, lotions, and sprays), can affect your items finish and durability. *For longer lasting durability, we recommend our precious metals of silver and gold.
