Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, orders generally require 1–3 weeks for production before they are shipped. Production time may vary depending on the item, level of customization, order volume, and other manufacturing factors.
Shipping and handling fees cover the costs associated with preparing and shipping each item, including handling between our artisans, production facilities, and distribution center. Shipping and handling fees are charged per item.
Standard shipping is provided through USPS. Shipping fees may vary depending on the item purchased and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Selecting expedited shipping does not expedite production. Personalized products must still complete the normal manufacturing process before they can be shipped.
If expedited shipping is selected at checkout, the expedited shipping fee applies only to the shipping portion of the order and does not reduce or eliminate the applicable production time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination, item, weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
If a valid promotional voucher or coupon includes free shipping, the shipping benefit will apply according to the terms and conditions of that specific voucher or promotion.
If expedited shipping is selected and the voucher or coupon covers only standard shipping, an additional charge for the expedited shipping service may apply.
Estimated Production and Delivery Time
Because our products are personalized and handmade, production generally takes 1–3 weeks before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, standard USPS delivery is generally expected to take approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and USPS processing.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to USPS operations, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of MonogramHub's control.
Production begins once payment has been successfully authorized and the order has entered production.
Orders placed on holidays or non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that the production timeframe listed on the applicable product page takes precedence if it differs from the general timeframe stated in this policy.
Shipping Limitations
Shipping and handling charges are calculated and charged per item.
Certain promotional offers or voucher-based purchases may require orders to be placed separately, particularly when the promotion requires items to be shipped to different addresses. Orders may not be combined when doing so would conflict with the terms of the applicable promotion or voucher.
If multiple orders are placed for the same shipping address, MonogramHub may, at its discretion, combine them into a single package. Shipping and handling charges will still apply per item as stated at the time of purchase.
MonogramHub reserves the right to ship orders together or separately based on operational and fulfillment requirements.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
An order may be considered undeliverable or returned to MonogramHub for reasons including, but not limited to:
1. Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address. 2. The addressee is unknown or no longer resides at the address. 3. The package is unclaimed. 4. The package is refused at the time of delivery. 5. The package is refused after delivery when permitted by USPS. 6. The package cannot be delivered because USPS mailing requirements have not been met.
If a package is returned to our shipping center because it was undeliverable or refused for one of the reasons above, a $7.99 reshipping fee will be required before the package can be shipped again.

After payment has been completed, please provide Customer Service with a screenshot showing the transaction ID and the name associated with the payment.
Unreported Missing or Undelivered Orders
Customers must contact MonogramHub regarding an order that has not been received within 30 days of the shipment date.
Failure to report a missing or undelivered order within this period may limit our ability to investigate the shipment or assist with a resolution.
MonogramHub is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
