V. Modification Policy All order modifications are permitted as long as they are submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed *(beyond this point all modification service requests may require a fee of up to 15 USD$).

The order modification as a service is free of charge as long as your request is submitted within the first 24 hours; however, some fees may be applied if the nature of your modification is considered an upgrade. Upgrades can be identified as material upgrades such as (gold instead of silver), or size upgrades such as (22’’ instead 16’’ for chains), (2’’ instead of 7/8 for pendants & monograms) among others.
