Our personalized double plated name necklace "Amber" is carefully handcrafted by our artisans with much love and care. This name necklace is one of our follower's favorites and one of the most loved items in our shop. Easily select your preferred metal selection, choose your favorite chain type, enter your personalization, and you are that much closer to experiencing personalized jewelry nirvana. 

This double-plated name necklace features one plate silhouetting the outer border of your name, with the second plate with your name adorned with two tails with a centered heart at the bottom of the name. The name is then finished with beading. 

The character limit is 10 letters, and on this name necklace, only the first letter can be capitalized.

Here is a break-down of the metals that we use and how you can easily identify them on the metal selection menu when applicable.

Silver Plated: Is made of brass metal with silver plating.

Gold Plated: is made of brass metal with 14K gold plating.

Sterling Silver: is made of 925 silver metal.

14K Gold over Sterling Silver: is made of 925 silver metal with 14K gold plating.

Two-Tone. Sterling Silver: is made of 925 silver metal with 14K gold plating and the name in silver.

10K Gold: is made of 10K solid gold metal.

14K Gold: is made of 14K solid gold metal.

We offer 4 types of metals on our Jewelry.

1. Gold won't tarnish and is very safe on your skin.

2. Our Sterling silver options (Also known as Sterling Silver, 14K Gold over Sterling Silver or Two tone 14K Gold over Sterling Silver) are made from 925 Silver and won't tarnish and is very safe on your skin.

3. Stainless steel won't tarnish and is safe on your skin.

4. Our brass options (also known as Gold plated or Silver plated) are made out of copper and may tarnish when exposed to certain elements such as salts, hair treatments and other harsh chemicals.

This is still a great option to buy. You will just have to take better care of it. It will last you a good amount of time. Just not as long as the 925 Silver or Gold metal options.

All of our name jewelry items are handmade and made to order.

It takes approximately 10 business days to create your custom work of art before we can ship it out to you.

If we complete your order before those 10 business days. We will ship it out once completed.

Remember that these are personalized custom orders made just for you. Please allow us the time necessary to create your long-lasting keep sake name jewelry. It will be worth the wait.

*Durting the Christmas holiday season. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the items to ship. This is due to the increase of orders during this time period.

-Our items are handmade to order and requires our artisans to create them for you.

Currently, on our name jewelry, monogram jewelry, family jewelry and photo necklaces, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship.

-For our two finger name rings, please allow 2-3 weeks to ship.

We feel confident offering our customer's 30-day returns. We know you won't have any issues with our craftsmanship and, In the rare case that something goes wrong, we will take care of you immediately.

In case of a return. The item must have not been worn and in its original packaging.

We are located in New York. All of our orders are made and shipped from New York.

Our customer care is available from Monday to Friday from the hours of 9am- 5pm eastern time.

We normally respond within 24 hours, with the exception to the Christmas holiday season where our response time could go up to 48 hours.
